Russian Pavilion @ Dubai Airshow 2021

At the Dubai Airshow 2021, Russia unveiled one of the most striking and widely discussed premieres - the fifth-generation fighter Sukhoi Checkmate. The aircraft became a true focal point of the exhibition, attracting significant attention from international delegations and senior leadership of the UAE. The Checkmate pavilion, delivered by Eclipse Group, went far beyond a conventional exhibition stand, transforming into a fully immersive presentation of the project. Featuring bold architecture, a carefully designed visitor flow, and integrated multimedia solutions that enhanced audience engagement, the showcase was complemented by a large-scale show and became a key element in promoting the new aircraft on the global market. It demonstrated Eclipse Group’s ability to create exhibition environments that function as powerful tools for strategic communication and sales.

In addition to the Checkmate pavilion, a comprehensive scope of works was delivered, forming a now-established standard for Russia’s participation at the Dubai Airshow:
1. Exhibition space within the hall for the Russian exposition, chalet blocks, as well as outdoor areas for temporary structures and static display of equipment, was secured.
2. Design concepts and technical documentation for exhibition stands, outdoor pavilions, and chalets were developed and approved in coordination with the organizers.
3. Connection and provision of all required technical services by the exhibition venue were ensured.
4. Production and delivery to the exhibition site of all structural and decorative stand elements, as well as multimedia equipment and furniture, were organized.
5. Installation of stands, pavilions, and chalets was completed in accordance with the approved technical specifications, schedules, and organizer requirements.
6. Comprehensive operational support for participants was provided, including golf carts, catering, transfers, interpreter services, cleaning, vehicle permits, personal badges, gala dinners, and more.

All works were delivered on time, to the highest standard of quality, and in full compliance with the technical brief. More than 20 members of the Eclipse Group team were present on-site throughout the entire build-up period and exhibition days, ensuring prompt resolution of all on-site matters and providing full support to clients.

As a result, the participation became one of the most outstanding and successful appearances of Russia at the Airshow.
