I hereby, (hereinafter referred to as the “Personal Data Subject”), in compliance with the requirements of Part 1 of Article 18 of Federal Law No. 38-FZ dated 13 March 2006 “On Advertising” (as amended and supplemented), freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give my consent to Eclipse Group DWC-LLC (registered address: Business Center, Dubai World Central, P.O. Box 390667, Dubai, UAE, hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”), the owner of the website www.eclipsegr.group (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), to send me advertising communications and to process my personal data for the specified purpose under the following conditions:
- Consent is granted for:
a) receipt of advertising communications by the following means:
a. SMS messages;
b. push notifications;
c. email communications;
d. telecommunications networks, including by means of telephone, facsimile, and mobile radiotelephone communications;
e. messages via social networks (VKontakte, Odnoklassniki, LinkedIn) and messaging applications WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber, Max;
b) processing of the following personal data:
- surname, first name, patronymic;
- email address;
- contact telephone numbers;
- information regarding the email client;
- information regarding the browser used;
- information regarding clicks on links contained in emails;
- location data;
- information regarding IP addresses from which the user opens an email.
1.1. I hereby warrant that the subscriber telephone numbers provided by me on the Website belong to me. In the event that I cease using the subscriber telephone number specified on the Website, I undertake to inform the Operator thereof.
1.2. By providing on the Website a subscriber telephone number belonging to a third party, I warrant that I have obtained the consent of such third party to receive advertising communications from the Operator in accordance with this Consent.
- Consent is granted for the processing of personal data both with and without the use of automated processing tools.
- The personal data are not publicly available; the personal data are not special categories of personal data or biometric personal data.
- Purpose of personal data processing: to provide information regarding upcoming events and news of the Operator, promotional campaigns, and services.
- During the processing of personal data, the following actions may be performed: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (dissemination, provision, access), blocking, deletion, destruction.
- Advertising communications and processing of personal data shall be carried out until the individual unsubscribes from such communications by following the special “Unsubscribe” link contained in distributed emails or by sending a corresponding request to the email address info@eclipsegr.group
- Consent may be withdrawn by the Personal Data Subject or his/her representative by sending a written application to the Operator or its representative at the registered address (see the preamble of this Consent).
- This Consent shall remain valid until the termination of personal data processing.
