• Exhibition space: selection and booking of areas taking into account the participants’ requirements.
• Design and construction: development and realisation of individual stands with a total area of 547 m².
• Static display: organisation of exhibit placement on the outdoor area and coordination of technical works.
• Temporary structures: organisation of two-module tents, individual stand structures, and related installation works.
• Technical equipment: coordination of equipment ordering and interaction with specialised contractors.
• Project management: control of deadlines, technical requirements, and readiness of the displays; interaction with the organisers and participants.

Project Description
9 participants. 547 m² of pavilion stands. Several display formats. Eclipse Group ensured the comprehensive preparation of exhibition spaces, organisation of the static display, and coordination of related construction and technical works. The participants were able to present their developments and equipment to an international professional audience and official delegations. The project demonstrated Eclipse Group’s competencies in managing international exhibition projects that bring together multiple clients, different display formats, and a wide range of technical tasks.
