Project Description
1. Optimal exhibition space was secured for the stands of ZALA Aero and IKAR.
2. Design concepts and technical documentation for the exhibition stands were developed and approved in coordination with the organizers.
3. Connection and provision of all required technical services by the exhibition venue were ensured.
4. Production and delivery to the venue of all structural and decorative stand elements were organized.
5. International payments were coordinated and executed.
6. Installation of the stands was completed in accordance with the approved schedule and the organizer’s technical requirements.
7. Comprehensive operational support was provided, including catering, transfers, interpreter services, and cleaning.
The stands of ZALA and IKAR at the Unmanned Systems Exhibition and Conference were delivered to a high standard of quality and in full compliance with the approved timelines and requirements. The Eclipse Group team was present on-site throughout the entire build-up period and exhibition days, ensuring efficient project management and continuous client support.
