Project Description
1. Optimal exhibition space was secured for the unified Russian pavilion.
2. Design concepts and technical documentation for the exhibition stands were developed and approved in coordination with the organizers.
3. Connection and provision of all required technical services by the exhibition venue were ensured.
4. Production, procurement, and delivery to the venue of all structural and decorative stand elements were organized.
5. International payments were coordinated and executed.
6. Installation of the stands was completed in accordance with the approved schedule and the organizer’s technical requirements.
7. Comprehensive operational support was provided, including catering, transfers, interpreter services, cleaning, as well as visa support for participants.
8. The static display of the Ilyushin Il-76MD-90A aircraft on the outdoor exhibition area was successfully coordinated.
The unified Russian pavilion was delivered to a high standard of quality, in full compliance with the approved timelines and requirements.
