Project Description
1. Exhibition space was secured for the unified Russian pavilion, as well as two chalet blocks.
2. Design concepts and technical documentation for exhibition stands and chalets were developed and approved in coordination with the organizers.
3. Connection and provision of all required technical services by the exhibition venue were ensured.
4. Production and delivery to the venue of all structural and decorative stand elements were organized.
5. International payments were coordinated and executed.
6. Installation of the stands was completed in accordance with the approved schedule and the organizer’s technical requirements.
7. Comprehensive operational support was provided, including catering, transfers, interpreter services, cleaning, as well as arrangement of vehicle permits and exhibitor badges.
The Russian pavilion and chalet structures were delivered to a high standard of quality, in full compliance with the approved timelines and requirements. The Eclipse Group team was present on-site throughout the entire build-up period and exhibition days, ensuring efficient project management and continuous client support. The project delivery and level of service were highly appreciated by the management of the participating companies.
